| 摘 要： | 票号是旧中国的一种信用机构 ,产生于清朝 ,是晋商经营存放款和汇兑业务的一种带有金融性质的机构。它在发展过程中形成了带有公司法和金融法性质的内部和外部管理制度 ,对今天的金融业很有启发。

| Abstract: | Shanxi Bill Firm, appearing firstly in the Qing Dynasty, was one of the traditional credit organizations in old China that had financial nature of remittance, loan and deposit operation. The internal and external management system comes into being in its development with a characteristic of either Law of Company or Law of Finance, which offers inspiration for today's financial trade. |
