当前中小学课堂生活的道德审视

摘    要:当前中小学课堂生活的道德状况不容乐观,具体表现在:课堂生活的平等与自由受到挑战;课堂教学过程中表现为教师言行不一,教育内容和教育方法的分离,知识的道德教育价值被遗忘;重视课堂生活中的教育选拔和分层,而忽视学生基础性素质的发展。要改变这一状况,学校要创设平等互助的课堂生活环境;教师应严于律己,明确自己的角色定位和责任承担;课堂生活应该将教育内容和教育方法统一起来,在评课的过程中有意识地将道德因素作为评价指标之一。

Abstract:The moral condition of the current elementary and middle schools classroom life is unpromising.The teacher adopts the artificial procedure to cause the students to face the unequal opportunity;the education content and the method separate in the classroom teaching which the moral value of knowledge is forgotten;it appeared implanting and forcing to obey in disguised form;the classroom appraisal focuses on competition and neglected the students` development of foundational quality.To change this condition,the school should establish the equal cooperation the classroom living conditions,the teacher should practice good self-discipline,the classroom life should integrate the education contents and the methods,and we should make the moral factors as an index in evaluating class teaching.
