当前中小学课堂生活的道德审视

当前中小学课堂生活的道德状况不容乐观,具体表现在:课堂生活的平等与自由受到挑战;课堂教学过程中表现为教师言行不一,教育内容和教育方法的分离,知识的道德教育价值被遗忘;重视课堂生活中的教育选拔和分层,而忽视学生基础性素质的发展。要改变这一状况,学校要创设平等互助的课堂生活环境;教师应严于律己,明确自己的角色定位和责任承担;课堂生活应该将教育内容和教育方法统一起来,在评课的过程中有意识地将道德因素作为评价指标之一。

To Examine Morally the Classroom Life in the Current Elementary and Middle Schools

The moral condition of the current elementary and middle schools classroom life is unpromising.The teacher adopts the artificial procedure to cause the students to face the unequal opportunity;the education content and the method separate in the classroom teaching which the moral value of knowledge is forgotten;it appeared implanting and forcing to obey in disguised form;the classroom appraisal focuses on competition and neglected the students` development of foundational quality.To change this condition,the school should establish the equal cooperation the classroom living conditions,the teacher should practice good self-discipline,the classroom life should integrate the education contents and the methods,and we should make the moral factors as an index in evaluating class teaching.
