| 摘 要： | 全球物流是在市场竞争、区域经济一体化、信息和通讯技术发展的背景下产生的。其基本功能包括运输功能,保管和流通加工功能、装卸功能等。具有完成周期长、作业过程具有多样性和复杂性的特征。同时,也存在汇率风险、博弈风险、政治风险。为提高中国在全球物流的竞争力,需要解决一些突出问题,如人才、设施、信息平台、软件服务、管理体制等。

| Abstract: | Global logistics has formed in the development of market competition, area economy integration, IT and communication technology, Which functions as transportation, safekeeping, circulation, processing, loading and unloading, etc., featuring the long operating cycle, the diversity and complexity of job procedure. Meanwhile, it must burden the risks of exchange rate, gaming and politics. To enhance China's competitiveness in global material circulation, it is necessary to solve some urgent problems, including talents, facilities, information desktop, software service, management system, etc. |
