| 摘 要： | 高校教师作为我国知识分子的主要群体,他们的身体健康直接关系到我国高等教育事业的兴旺发达。为此,通过采用文献资料分析、面访座谈和问卷调查等相结合的形式,对部分高校教师参与健身运动的情况进行了调查研究,并进行了总结和分析,找出了现实生活中影响高校教师参与健身运动的主要因素,并提出相应的建设性意见。 |

| Abstract: | As the main group of the intellectual in our country,the health of teachers in colleges and univer-sities influences the prosperity of high education of our country directly.Therefore,the author investigates, summarizes and analyzes college teachers'taking part in body-building with the methods of analyzing documents, interviewing face-to-face,and questionnaires.And the author finds the main factors which influence teachers' participation in body-building in colleges and universities,and puts forward the constructive suggestions corre-spondently. |
