| 摘 要： | 曹妃甸新区的建设是河北省的一号工程,未来计划投资超过2000亿元,工程的成败取决于开发建设是否科学以及投融资工作是否有效.借鉴浦东和滨海新区的投融资经验,运用国际上较新发展的实物期权理论来分析这一区域的科学开发路径可知,要想创新投融资工作,必须从以下几个方面入手:即利用期权的定价理论为开发区规划科学定位;利用期权的组合效应以及开发各种新型期权工具来提供投融资产品;利用组合期权、实物期权辅助管理者更加科学、有效地做好开发区的投融资工作.
