二语课堂有效实施学习动机激发策略的研究

在课堂教学中采用合适的学习动机激发策略，对二语教学具有积极意义。文章采用实验班和控制班进行对比教学实践的方法，以动机水平和学习成绩作为策略有效性的参数，探索了学习动机激发策略实施的具体有效方法。研究发现，要充分发挥动机策略的有效性，策略的实施须分步骤且各有侧重，还要有针对性地根据学生的不同情况来实施。动机激发策略首先激发学习动机，改变学习行为和策略，最后提升学习成绩。

On Effective Implementation of Motivation-Stimulated Strategies in ESL Teaching

Adopting appropriate motivation- stimulated strategies in ESL classrooms has positive effects on second language teaching.By comparing experimental group and controlled group,this study applies motivational level and academic performance as parameters of effectiveness to explore an effective implementation of motivation-stimulated strategies.It is found that,in order to fully display effectiveness,motivation-stimulated strategies should be imple-mented phase by phase and pertinent strategies should gain focus in different phases when taking students into consid-eration.The motivation-stimulated strategies firstly stimulate motivation,then improve study behavior and strate-gies,and finally promote academic performance.
