Ethic Dimensions Concerning the Development of Science and Technology Journals in China

The new normal concerning the development of science and technology journals is inevitably accompanied with new ethic issues.By reflecting various problems during the process of development,this article proposes that sci-ence and technology journals can achieve themselves'healthy and rapid development only by holding ethic dimensions for development,adhering social responsibility as top priority during the improvement,abiding lofty academic tenden-cy as its ethic end-line,and applying humanistic care to the whole procedure of editing and publishing.
