Solutions to the Problems in Postgraduate Selection and Education

The authors point out many such problems in the postgraduate selection and education in the selection process as focuses on marks rather than on ability, focuses on theory rather than on practice, and fashioned curricula. In order to tackle these problems, the authors give the following suggestions. First, potentials should be emphasized in the selection process. Second, study motives should be intensified in moral education. Third, abilities should be highlighted in the curriculum arrangement.
