| Abstract: | The article elaborated the characteristic and manifestation of the university urgentincident,and analyzed the university emergency event origin;and proposed on the university emergency event legal institution management before has preventive measure which adopts,occurs when adopts should to measure as well as occurs adopts,establishes the corresponding overall assessment system. |
