| Abstract: | The content of administrative culture innovation is getting rid of the old and establishing the new. The development of society can result in the administrative culture innovation. The foundation of which is varied culture coexistence and the principle of which is promoting what is beneficial and abolishing what is harmful. The administrative culture innovation aims for advanced culture with the method of promoting with united-forces. |
