| 摘 要： | 1946年成立的中国石油有限公司的规模、拥有的资本和产生的能量和影响,以及当时在国民经济中的地位和作用,都是其它一般公司远远不能相比的。中国石油有限公司的成立,既是近代中国公司形态发展的最高阶段,同时也对中华人民共和国成立后大陆与台湾公司制度的建立和发展提供了可供参考的借鉴,为新中国成立后石油工业成为新兴而重要的工业部门打下了基础。

| Abstract: | China Petroleum Limited Company （CPLC）, founded in 1946, which size, capital, function and influence were greater than any other of the ordinary companies at that time of the national economy. The founding of CPLC, which actually had been to the highest level in modality development of modern China companies, also a good example to the development of the company system in China after 1949. |
