| Abstract: | According to the views of historical materialism, the paper discusses the significant position of the new democratic culture in the development of the Chinese culture history and points out that the new democracy's double functions, the national salvation and the initiation, serve for the age theme and promote the social revolution of China and represent the forwarding way of the Chinese advanced culture. |
