高校实践教学的现状分析与改革对策

审视我国各高校近些年的人才培养方案和教学计划安排，实践环节所受到的重视程度越来越高，但总体上仍明显感到我国学生解决实际问题的能力和创新能力的不足。造成这种差异的根本原因一是在于教育观念并没有根本改变，遵循的仍然是传统的知识教育质量观；二是重形式，抓表象，很多好的改革措施在实际中并没有得到贯彻和落实。因此我国高校实践教学改革要在进一步转变教育观念的基础上，狠抓改革措施的落实。

Analysis of on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Practice Teaching of Colleges and Universities

Inspecting the talented - training scheme and teaching programme of colleges and universities of the recent years in our country, we can find that practice education more and more attention had been to paid. But comparing the college students of western countries with us, we still feel obviously that the ability of resolving actual problems and innovation of our country＇s college students is very insufficient. This difference reasuhs from two aspects： one is that we don＇t change our education concept at all and still abide by the traditional opinion that grasping knowledge is the most important; the second is that we attach more importance to the form and presentation. Many good reform measures can＇t be carried out in reality. In the coming days, the practice teaching reform of our colleges and universities should change the education concept continually and must put the reform measures into effect.
