农地股份合作制——中国当前农地制度创新模式探讨

以家庭承包责任制为主要内容的农村土地制度变革推动了中国农村经济的发展。但是随着农业生产力水平的提高,其过小的生产规模越来越不适应现代农业对规模经济的要求。农地股份合作制适应我国农业现阶段生产力水平和进一步发展的要求,适应社会主义市场经济和社会大生产的要求,有利于向适度土地规模经营发展,同时由于它和现行的家庭承包经营责任制的经营方式的一致,使得两种制度模式之间能够实现较好的衔接。在逐步实行农地股份制过程中应采取相应的配套措施。

Land Joint Share System: An New Approach to Innovation of Land Institutions

The land ownership reform characterized by the introduction of the Family Contracting Responsibility System has remarkably promoted the development of rural economy.However,with the improvement of agricultural production efficiency,the relatively small scale of Chinese agriculture has become more and more inadaptable to modern agriculture's demand of scale-economy.The Land Joint Share System goes with current productivity level,as well as Socialist market economy's demand of large-scale socialized production,thus ,it is beneficial to the development of appropriate scale-operation of land.Meanwhile,due to its consolidation with current Family Contracting Responsibility System,the two operation strategies are well compatible to each other.In the process of adopting Land Joint Share Sytem,supporting measures should be taken accordingly.
