论邓小平的政治稳定观

邓小平政治稳定观包括国际局势的和平与稳定、港澳台问题的和平解决和国内政治局势稳定三个层面的内容,其核心是国内政治局势的稳定。他提出了稳定压倒一切、稳定必须坚持党的领导、经济建设是维护稳定的根本措施以及农村稳定至关重要、稳定必须讲民主和法制等基本观点,并指出教育和惩治是解决政治稳定问题的两种有效措施。

On Deng Xiaoping'Outlook of Political Stabilization

Deng Xiaoping'outlook of political stabilization embraces three folds of meaning: peace and stability of international situation, peaceful approach to problems of HongKong, Macao and Taiwan,and stabilization of national,political situation. Among these, the stabilization of national, political situation is the core. He put forward the following fundamental proposals: stability will prevail over all the evils, stability originates from our adherence to the Party, economic construction is the basic measure of keeping stability, stabilization of countryside is fundamentally important and stabilization is based on strengthening our country's democratic and legal system. He also pointed out that education and suppression are two effective ways of solving the problem of political stabilization.
