论劳伦斯短篇小说中的种族意识

种族沟通,对于劳伦斯来说不仅仅意味着与其他民族关系的重建,更意味着人类完整性的重建,在与其他种族的沟通中恢复自身的活力;然而劳伦斯并没有忽略种族差异所造成的仇恨和复仇。文章通过文本细读的方法分析以上两个方面内容,并结合劳伦斯个人的流亡,可得出以下结论：一、身为白人作家的劳伦斯反对西方工业主义和殖民主义的扩张;二、劳伦斯认为实现种族沟通必须忠实于＂地之灵＂思想。

On Racial Consciousness in David Herbert Lawrence's Short Novels

In David Herbert Lawrence’s mind,racial consciousness meant not only the reconstructing relationship with other races,but also the reconstruction of the human’s integrality and the revitalization of self energy in the communication with other races.However,D.H.Lawrence did not ignore enmity and revenge caused by racial differences.The present paper starts with a close reading of the works to analyze the two aspects mentioned above,considering his exile experience,the following conclusions can be drawn: 1,D.H.Lawrence,as a white writer,fiercely opposed the industrialism and colonialism expansion of the west;2,He thought that spirit of place must be obeyed to realize racial communication.
