试论我国检察权制约机制的完善

文章分析了当前检察权监督的内外机制中存在的问题：人大监督流于形式，群众监督无从下手，制度监督不成体系。由此提出了完善检察权监督的相关对策：在保证检察权独立行使的前提下，强化权力机关对检察工作的监督；切实落实宪法、刑事诉讼法和其他法律规定的公检法三机关要分工负责、互相配合、互相制约的精神，加强公安、法院对检察院的监督；强化刑事诉讼参与人的权利，尤其要强化对犯罪嫌疑人的权利保障，以增强对检察权的对抗能力；真正将群众监督落实到位，避免形式主义；深化检察机关内部监督，实行阳光检务。
