西藏自治区小学青年教师心理健康状况调查研究

摘    要:本次研究的目的:探讨西藏自治区小学青年教师心理健康状况。方法:用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)对全区城乡小学青年教师进行调查研究。结果:1、农村青年教师的心理健康状况比城镇教师差,农村青年教师的得分均低于城镇教师,其中焦虑、精神病性达到显著性水平。2、女教师的心理健康状况比男教师的差,恐怖这项因子男女之间存在显著差异。3、汉族教师的心理健康状况比藏族教师的差,人际关系敏感、抑郁、精神病性三个方面差异显著。结论:加强教师的心理卫生保健,有利于减少心理问题,促进人格的健康发展。

Abstract:The aim of this survey: to investigate the mental health of the primary school teachers in Tibetan Autonomous Region.Method: 269 young teachers in both rural and urban areas of Tibet being surveyed and researched by the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).Result: 1.the general mental health level of the rural teachers being lower than the urban ones',and the rural teachers' anxiety and neurosis is significantly remarkable.2.female teachers' mental health being worse than male ones',the factors of terror and anxiety affect males and females differently.3.Han teachers' mental health being worse than Tibetan teachers',Han teachers being more sensitive on personal relation,tending to be more remarkable on depression and neurosis.Conclusion: more attention should be paid to the metal health of the primary teachers which will surly reduce the metal health problems and consequently promote the healthy development of personality.
