农村义务教育存在的问题及解决对策探析

近几年,我国农村义务教育获得长足发展,但总体来说,还存在着农村义务教育投入不足,师资素质不高,办学条件严重滞后,＂两免一补＂政策落实难,教学质量差,转学、辍学问题突出等问题。解决这些问题应强调加大对农村义务教育的投入,提高农村教师素质,改善农村办学条件,切实把＂两免一补＂政策落到实处,建立控制流生责任机制,进一步提高农村中小学教学质量等等。

The Problems and Strategies of the Suburban Compulsory Education

In the recent years,there has been a great development in the suburban compulsory education in our country. However, on the whole, there are problems in it, such as the inadequate investment ,the low-level teachers＇ quality, the delayed teaching condition, the difficulty of the execution of the ＂two free-charges, one making-up＂ policy, the disappointing teaching quality, the school transfer and the discontinuity of studying. In order to solve those problems ,we should try our best to invest more, to develop the teachers＇ qualities, to improve the teaching conditions ,to fulfill the ＂two free-charges, one making-up＂ policy sufficiently ,to build up the system of controlling the dropping-out students ,and to develop the teaching qualities in the suburban primary and middle schools.
