| Abstract: | Ireland is traditionally an agricultural country, and therefore called the "Countryside of Europe". But since the 1990s, Ireland has reversed the brain drain into a brain inflow through increased R&D investment and the number of international students in relation to domestic ones. Also, Ireland maintains a high rate of GDP growth, from 7%-9.3%. |
