人类的经济活动无不渗透着文化的因素.但长期以来,人们在探讨经济发展问题时,往往只注重资源、资金、技术、项目等,而忽视了人文环境的因素.本文旨在探讨人文环境变迁对经济发展的影响问题,并以西南地区人文环境变迁为例加以分析,认为人文环境变迁对经济发展有着极大的影响,其影响后果的好坏取决于人文环境变迁是否与该民族文化运作相协调.

On the Influence of Humanistic Environmental Changes upon Ethnic Economy: The Case of The Southwestern China

Cultural elements have penetrated into every sector of humankind's various economic activities. However, for a long time past, people only have paid their attention to resource, fund, technology, projects, etc., but have neglected the humanistic environmental factors. The purpose of this article is to probe into the question of the influence of humanistic environmental changes upon ethnic economy and make an analysis according to the case of the humanistic environmental changes in China's Southwestern part. The author holds that the humanistic environmental changes have been exerted very great upon the economic development, what the consequences are positive or negative depends on whether the humanistic environmental changes could be well coordinated with the ethnic group's cultural operation.
