| 摘 要： | 本文通过对20世纪70—80年代“石油危机”时期美国、日本、瑞典等不同国家经济调整战略的分析，揭示了政府宏观管理中的公平与效率问题，并在此基础上，就我国今后建立公平与效率均衡发展的路径进行了探讨。

On the basis of this, the author discusses the way for balanced development of constructing faing and affieieney in the fature. |
