试论高校数字图书馆的网络文化构建

高校图书馆既是学校文献资源存储的中心，又是人类文化传承的重要基地；既有服务师生及其他社会成员的义务。又有很强的育人功能。文章探讨了当前高校数字图书馆在构建网络文化方面存在的不足，并提出了改进不足的相应对策。

The Construction of Net Culture of Digital Libraries in Universities

Libraries of Universities are not only the storage center of literature resource of the university, but also a primary base for passing heritage of human cultures. They are obliged to serve faculites and students and other social members and at the same time educating people. This article explores the weak points existing in terms of construction of net culture in digital libraries of universities, and proposes some strategies to construct sound and healthy net culture in order to bring the educational function of digital libraries to full play.
