| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化是一项牵扯面广、政策性强、长期的工作，决不是一朝一夕的事，从西安石油学院与陕西省教育厅高校后勤集团联合开发建设潘家庄大学生公寓村的建设思路来看，高校后勤社会化的模式应是多种多样的，由此带来的各种办学模式的转变应引起我们的重视和思考。

| Abstract: | Independent operation of logistics services in the institutions of higher education is the work that involves many fields and needs strict policy. It is a long-term job that can not come to an end overnight. From the way that Xi'an Petroleum Institute and the Logistics Services Group under Shaanxi Provincial Educational Office jointly develop and build the apartment village for the university students, we can see there are various patterns in independent operation of logistics services in the institutions of higher education. The transformation, of the school-running patterns it brings about should be put into our attention and consideration. |
