本文从可持续发展研究的系统学方向 ,对可持续发展理论作了简要的解析。借鉴“比较优势理论”的基本思想 ,对区域可持续发展综合优势能力的内涵作了界定 ,并设计了区域综合优势能力的计算方法。进一步制订了辽宁省可持续发展综合优势能力的“资产负债表”和“资产负债图” ,并对其可持续发展五大支持系统优势能力及综合优势能力作了深入地分析与评估

Study on the Overall Strength of Sustainable Development of Liaoning Province

This paper gave a brief analysis on the sustainable development theory from the perspective of system science. It defined the concept of "overall strength and capability of regional sustainable development (OSCRSD)" and designed its computing method by drawing on Comparative Strength Theory. Furthermore, this paper worked out a balance sheet and the corresponding balance figure for the sustainable development of Lioning Province and gave an in-depth analysis and evaluation on the five major supporting systems for the OSCRDS of Liaoning Province.
