| Abstract: | This paper expounded Deng Xiaoping's idea of the Chinese Communist Party sticking to its essential goal of serving the people with heart and soul and pointed out that the Chinese Communist Party is the tool used by the people to complete specific historical task. The Party must establish close ties with the mass and carry forward its mass line. The party must take whether it's supported by the mass as the sole standard in judging its various principles and policies. |
