关于高校法律基础课教学改革的思考

高校法律基础课是一门培养学生遵纪守法 ,树立法制观念的守法教育课程 ,为了适应社会主义市场经济发展对人才素质更高的需要 ,法律基础课教学应由一个侧重点变为两个侧重点 ,即思想性与知识性并重 ,教育性与应用性并重 ,守法教育与用法教育并重。在以宪法教育为主进行守法教育的同时应加大经济法、诉讼法等应用法的教学力度 ,培养学生的用法能力 ,延长教学时间 ,改进教学方法 ,加强案例教学 ,提高教学质量

Thoughts on Teaching Reform of the Course "Introduction to Law" in Colleges and Universities

Introduction to Law" is a course taught in colleges and universities to help students form the conception of administration by law and abide by the law. In order to meet the needs for high-quality people in the development of socialist market economy, the stress in teaching "Introduction to Law" should be changed from one to two, that is, stressing both ideological and knowledge aspects, both pedagogical and practical aspects, and both law-abiding and law-application aspects. While taking constitution as the major subject in law education, the school should enhance the teaching of economic law and procedural law, to help students acquire the ability to use law. The teaching quality should be improved through setting more teaching hours, teaching reform and case study.
