| Abstract: | This paper expounded the meaning of quality and quality education,the importance and urgency of deepening educational reform and overall development of quality education and the relationship between them,and pointed out that overall development of quality education is an arduous systematic engineering. Good results coule only be achieved through promoting the understanding of the project,strengthening leadership,education and scientific research, increasing investment and creating good soft and hard environment and conditions. |
