| 摘 要： | 战略性新兴产业是引导未来经济社会发展的重要力量，科技创新型人才队伍则是战略性新兴产业发展的关键因素。首先，探讨战略性新兴产业人才队伍建设的重要性，然后在广泛调研的基础上进行福建省战略性新兴产业人才队伍建设的SWOT分析，并从政府、企业、高校、社会等四个层面提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | The strategic emerging industry is one of the significant forces for the economic and social development in the future, and the scientific-innovative talents team works as the key factor for its development. First, this paper discusses the importance of the talents team construction for the strategic emerging industries. Then based on the comprehensive research, it carries out SWOT analysis on the construction status of the talents team for the strategic emerging industries of Fujian Province. And finally, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of the government, enterprises, universities and social. |
