| 摘 要： | 在人类进入新世纪之初，作为高等院校的教师如何培养高素质创新型人才迫在眉睫。对大学生创造能力的培养应该转变观念，积极倡导自主创新学习，构建课程新模式，改革教学内容和方法；教师职能也要相应转变，自身素质也应进一步提高。

Teachers' quality should be improved. |
