论法治政府的标准

法治政府是依法设立权限、依法实施行政管理、依法承担法律责任的有限政府、服务政府、透明政府、诚信政府、高效政府、责任政府。法治政府是多层次多方面的立体体系。法治政府存在的前提是权力有限，价值取向是人民利益至上，法治政府的建设是以法律知识的普及为基础，其根本表现是服从法律权威。建设社会主义法治国家，政府必须正确认识和对待权利、认真看待程序、认真面对司法。

The government under the rule of law is the limited government,service government,transparent government,credit government,efficient government,responsibility government which establish authority,implement administration and bear legal responsibility by law.The government ruled by law is multiple level and various stereo system.The premise which the government exists is limited power,value orientation is the people’s interests first,the construction of the government ruled by law is taken the popularization of law knowledge as the foundation,and its basic performance is to obey the law authority.A socialist country ruled by law must understand correctly and treat the right,procedures,and justice.
