Game about Fairness and Efficiency --On Investigation and Reflection from Rural Primary and Secondary Schools of Central Area

The policy of improving the effectiveness and quality of withdrawal of rural primary and secondary schools,from first to last,is hot issue which the public is concerned.Since 10 years,removing and correction,as a topic of controversy continues,causing social and academic circles pay close attention.From the fairness and efficiency perspective,through a questionnaire survey and field visits,regarding the first hand data nearly two years of rural primary and secondary schools as the basis,theoretical innovation is haven,the theoretical model is established,the withdrawal policy of rural primary and secondary schools is analyzed and reflected in order to reveal how to deal with the relationship between fairness and efficiency in education,and explore the current education policy in the prospective and persistent problems,promote the development of rural basic education.
