| 摘 要： | 高校贫困生就业问题已成为全社会关注的问题。受传统观念的影响,目前部分高校贫困生就业观单一、消极。从主观和客观两方面分析高校贫困生就业观形成的影响因素,提出促使贫困生形成多元就业观的对策:大学生要调整就业心态,提高就业能力;高校要深化教育教学改革,优化学科专业设置,提供有针对性的就业心理辅导,加强就业指导课程体系建设。

| Abstract: | The problem of poor college students employment has become a social concern.Influenced by traditional ideas,some poor college students’ employment views are single and negative.From subjective and objective aspects: influence factors of poor college student employment concept formation are analyzed,making poor students form a multiple view on employment countermeasures is addressed: the students should adjust their states of mind and enhance their employment abilities;colleges and universities should deepen education and teaching reform,optimize the structure of courses and majors,offer targeted psychological counselling on employment and strengthen the construction of career guidance course system. |
