| 摘 要： | 班主任是大学新生进入高校并逐渐适应高校学习与生活的指导者和引路人,如何使新生尽快适应并融入大学环境,班主任工作尤为重要。从大学新生的日常管理工作出发,结合自身的管理过程和经验,分析和探讨高校新生班主任工作的方法和策略,为高校学生管理工作提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | The head-teacher of the class is the guider for freshmen entering universities and getting used to study and life,how to make freshmen adapt and integrate college environment quickly,the head-teacher work is particularly important.From the daily management of the freshmen,combining own management process and experience,the methods and strategies of head-teacher work for freshmen in colleges and universities are shared and discussed to provide some references for the management of students of colleges and universities. |
