| 摘 要： | 伊拉克战争是在国际战略力量对比失衡背景下的一场践踏国际法的战争 ,反映了国际关系中霸权主义和强权政治仍然强大的现实。国际法作为制约国际战略的不可忽视的因素 ,权威性与脆弱性并存 ,它将推动国际秩序朝着和平、稳定、公正、合理的方向发展。

Realpolitik and Order: International Law in International Strategy Viewed from the Iraq War |

| Abstract: | The Iraq War, which openly ignored the international law, was a war under the international strategic situation of serious imbalance. It showed that hegemony and power politics are still on the rise in the world today. As an important factor to restrict international strategy, to international law has its authority, as well as limitations. It promotes the international order develop towards the direction of peace, stability, justice and rationalization. |
