毛泽东的“三农”思想及其对“人民公社”失误的纠正

农业、农村、农民是毛泽东一生关注的大事。土地改革完成后，如何解决农业、农村、农民问题，党内有两种意见，一是先机械化，后合作化；另一种是先合作化，后机械化，毛泽东主张后一种意见。农业合作化基本完成后，毛泽东阐述农业的基础地位，是为阐明农业轻重的关系；并提出，农业的根本出路在于机械化，要迅速掀起技术革新、技术革命的高潮。他在农业合作化后不断变更所有制，造成“人民公社”的失误，但也是他较早发现失误并提出：队与队之间，社员与社员之间的收入应有差别，要遵循价值法则，坚持按劳分配；要总结教训，寻找社会主义经济建设规律。
