区域工业企业技术创新能力的影响因素研究

工业企业是区域创新系统的微观主体，其创新能力很大程度上反映着区域的整体创新水平。研究工业企业技术创新能力的影响因素能为企业及相关部门提供参考。文章从技术经费投入的视角，选择技术引进资金投入、消化吸收资金投入和技术改进资金投入为自变量，以新产品产出为因变量，构建回归模型，分析了各变量对工业企业技术创新能力的影响程度，并提出了加强技术改进资金投入，提倡政府部门积极配合，实现新产品的商业化等建议。

On the Factors of Technological Innovation Capability for Regional Industrial Enterprises

Industrial Enterprises are the microcosmic main body of the regional innovation system; their innovation abilities largely reflect the level of regional innovation. This paper can provide references for enterprises and related departments. It studies the key factors affecting the technical innovation capa- bility of industrial enterprises. From the perspective of expenditure for technology, it chooses such three independent variables as capital investment of technology introduction, the expenditure for digestion and absorption and the expenditure for technology improvement, regards the units of new product as the de- pendent variable, establishes regression models, analyzes the influences of variables on the technical inno- vation capability of industrial enterprises, and proposes such suggestions as strengthening the expenditure for technology improvement, advocating government departments actively to participate in and achieving commercialization of new products.
