公益慈善参与社会养老的作用探究——兼论泉州公益慈善参与社会养老的方式

面对我国人口老龄化问题,建设社会养老服务体系是一项长期的战略任务,公益慈善参与社会养老是一条重要途径,应加强这一领域的理论研究和实践总结。通过文献调查和实地调研等方法,认为应该从慈善本义、历史和现实角度、多元养老主体之间的关系等方面充分认识公益慈善参与社会养老的重要作用;结合泉州公益慈善养老情况,认为应鼓励发展合作型、社会服务型和互助型等公益慈善养老参与方式。

On the Effect of Participation of Public Charity in Social Retirement --Participating Way of Quanzhou Public Charity in Social Retirement

In the face of aging problems of population in China, the construction of social service system for elderly care is a long-term strategic task. Participation of public charity in retirement is an important way, so we should strengthen the theoretical research and the practice in this field. Through literature survey and field investigation, the paper holds that we fully understand the important role of participation of charity in the social retirement, from the charity principle, history and reality and the relation between diversified pension body. Compared with the retirement of charity of Quanzhou, it holds that the development of retirement ways of charity of cooperation, social service and mutual assistance should be encouraged.
