先进网络政治文化是中国特色社会主义文化在网络政治生活中的呈现，也是网络政治文化的建设目标，但却面临着传统政治文化的制约、西方意识形态的渗透、网络技术规则的限制等困境。应该以社会主义核心价值观指引网络政治文化建设的方向，以加强网络信息监管营造先进网络政治文化的氛围，以提高网民的政治素养夯实先进网络政治文化的基础，以丰富的表现形式增强先进网络政治文化的吸引力，从而推进先进网络政治文化的建设。

On the Construction of Advanced Network Political Culture

Advanced network political culture is the presentation of socialist culture with Chinese char- acteristics in network political life, and is also the goal of the network political culture, however it is faced with such dilemmas as the constraint of the traditional political culture, the penetration of the Western ide- ology, the restriction of network technical rules. In order to promote the construction of advanced network political culture, several solutions should be adopted： the socialist core values should be advocated to guide the direction of construction of network political cultural, the supervision of network information should be strengthened to create an atmosphere of advanced network political culture, the netizens＇ political litera- cy should be improved to reinforce the foundation of advanced network political culture, and the manifesta- tions should be enriched to enhance the appeal of advanced network political culture.
