高校科研生产质量管理体系风险管理研究

在对我国通过GJB9001B-2009标准认证的不同类型的24所高校进行调查研究的基础上，分析了当前高校科研生产质量管理体系风险管理的特点，结合中北大学科研生产质量管理体系风险管理实践，对高校科研生产质量管理中的产品实现的策划、产品要求的评审、供方的选择与评价等三个方面的风险识别与管理进行论述，提出了如下对策：在策划阶段制定合理的风险计划，形成了风险计划表，准确划分风险阶段，以及各阶段风险识别与控制的内容与方法，最终为高校质量管理体系风险管理监控提供了参考样表。

Risk Management of Production Quality Management System at College

Based on the investigation to the different kinds of 24 universities which all passed the GJBg00113-2009 standard certification of China, this paper analyzes the characteristics of risk managements in university research and production quality management system, and combined with the practice carried out in North University of China, it illustrates the plan of designing products, the assessment of product requirements, and the selection and education of suppliers. And accordingly it proposes the following mea- sures： developing a reasonable risk plan at the stage of making plans, forming a risk schedule, allocating the risk stages precisely, and finding the methods and content of the risk identification and control of each stage, and finally it provides a reference sample for the risk management in the university quality manage- ment system.
