高校创意型传媒人才培养路径研究

摘    要:从传媒业正在经历的巨大变革入手,仔细梳理了当前传媒人才培养中存在的重宣传轻市场、培养目标过窄、课程设置无法满足实践需要等主要问题。在此基础上从高校传媒教育实践出发,提出传媒人才培养的路径:加强培养学生的创新精神和创意思维;重视通识教育;开门办学,为学生搭建实践交流的平台;培养学生掌握跨媒介传播的能力,加快课程改革与教师队伍建设等。

On Training Pathways of Creative Media Talents at College

Abstract:Based on the huge revolution,the traditional media industry is undergoing,the paper analyses the problems in media talents cultivation which feature heavy publicity,light marketing,over narrow cultivation objectives,disconnected with practice and etc.In view of the colleges’ media education practices,the paper brought forward a series of corresponding suggestions like focusing on the cultivation of students’ creative spirits and way of thinking;emphasizing liberal education;carrying out open-door education giving the students opportunities to practice and exchange;improving students’ trans-media communication skills;speeding up curriculum reform and faculty construction,which outline the a number of pathways in the future cultivation of creative media talents.
