战略性新兴产业统计标准研究

 自从2010年10月国务院颁布《国务院关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的决定》以来，已有专家学者对战略性新兴产业的内涵进行了分析和诠释，但是鲜有关于战略性新兴产业统计标准方面的研究。本文在现行的国民经济行业分类框架下，对战略性新兴产业进行了划分和界定，在此基础上利用2004年和2008年两次经济普查的数据对其增加值进行计算。计算结果显示，2008年我国战略性新兴产业占GDP的比重大约为5.82％，其中，制造业中战略性新兴产业占GDP比重为3.33%，服务业中战略性新兴产业占GDP比重为2.49%。文章最后对我国战略性新兴产业的发展现状进行了分析，并提出了政策建议。
