核心竞争力视角下的企业创新能力结构理论模型建构

在对企业核心竞争力的研究背景分析的基础之上,阐述了企业核心竞争力的概念演进和核心内涵,辨析了企业自主创新能力的三种研究视角。并在此基础上首次提出了基于核心竞争力视角下的企业自主创新能力结构理论模型,此模型将企业创新能力划分为创新核心能力、创新关键能力与创新基础能力三个层次。通过该模型的构建以期为企业搭建自主创新能力、获得持续竞争优势提供新的研究视角并奠定理论基础。

Construction of Theoretical Models of Enterprises' Independent Innovation Ability Based on Core Competence of Corporation

Based on analysing the historical background of core competence of corporation,this paper elaborates the concept development and connotation,enumerates three perspectives of enterprise independent innovation ability,and then sets up theoretical models of enterprise independent innovation ability based on core competence of corporation.It is expected to lay a foundation for for corporations to gain independent innovation competence and sustainable competitive advantages.
