| 摘 要： | 文章对人文社会科学成果评价的环境与条件进行了思考。认为:无论是用科学计量学方法进行定量评价,还是用同行评议方法进行定性评价,都应该重视评价信息源的建设;从学术成果发表开始,净化学术环境;构建社会科学成果查新体系,参与成果创新性测评等等。

| Abstract: | This paper have pondered over the condition of evaluation for research achievements on humanity and social sciences. We should put important on the data development of the evaluation information for not only scientometric evaluation but also peer review. Purifying the science environment must start from the peer review and it's mechanism for publishing paper. Novel consulting of social science achievements could help us to evaluation innovation of research achievements. |
