| 摘 要： | 宁波市的法律援助经过十多年的发展，已呈现良好发展态势，但是，与法律援助水平较高的国内其他发达城市相比，在制度建设、经费保障、队伍建设、援助范围等方面存在一定差距。文章在分析了宁波市弱势群体法律援助的现状的基础上，提出制定宁波法律援助地方立法、拓宽法律援助经费的筹资渠道、规范法律援助机构设置、扩大法律援助的服务范围等对策。
