| 摘 要： | 用户手册既是指导用户使用产品的说明材料,也是宣传品牌、树立企业形象的窗口,其翻译问题亟待受到重视.本文以国产海尔V60手机的英译用户手册为例,以个案研究的手段考察当前产品用户手册汉译英中存在的普遍病症,指出在翻译此类应用文本时,应广泛参考目的语平行文本,并考虑到文体特征和文化差异,采取灵活的翻译策略.

| Abstract: | User's Guides not only instruct readers how to use the products,but also play an important role in advertising products and establishing corporate images.The problem of translating user's guides is in urgent need of attention and research.From a case study,the paper points out typical problems in the translation of user's guides of home-made products,suggesting certain strategies for translating User's Guides,and stressing the importance of referring to parallel texts in the target language. |
