摘    要:团体是社会组织的基本构成单元或子系统。在市场经济条件下,社会组织的管理主要是面向团体。完成工作任务、实现组织目标,有赖于各个团体之间的协调。团体之间的竞争,通常是不可避免的。社会组织领导者和管理者的责任,就在于正确区分冲突的类型,采取合适的方式和途经解决冲突,从而保证社会组织各项目标的实现。

Abstract:Groups are basic cells and subsystems, which constitute the social organizations. Under the conditions of the market economy, modern administration mainly focuses on groups. Fulfilling the tasks and realizing the organizations' goal depend on intergroup harmonization. Usually, it can hardly avoid the competition between groups. Administrators should be responsible for correctly distinguishing the types of collisions, applying suitable administrative methods and instruments to resolve such problems so as to ensure the realization of the social organizations' goal.
