摘    要:教育理念是一个总体性的称谓,涵盖一切关于教育问题的理念体系。学校教育限于传统知识观的制约,往往缺乏应用性、个性、宽容精神和民主精神,不利于现代化需要的人才培养。高等教育必须确立服务社会、引领社会发展的理念,为教育工作者刨造良好条件,从而为国家培养高素质、德才兼备的创新型人才。

Abstract:Educational concept is the title of an overarching,all-encompassing concept of system on educational issues.School education,due to the constraints of traditional knowledge,often lacks of practicability,personality,tolerance spirit and democratic spirit,which is not conducive to the training of personnel needed by modernization.This paper,starting from educational concept,explores personnel training strategies under the new situation through examples and comparative analysis.
