| 摘 要： | 教育的价值取向决定教育者的教育行为。在市场经济条件下 ,高等教育确立什么样的教育价值观 ,对于教育观念转变和教育改革具有决定意义。通过对不同教育价值观的分析 ,我们可以提出市场经济条件下高校管理思想现代化所应该具有的价值取向。
