| Abstract: | The 21 century requires intellectuals with knowledge, ability and of high quality.Thus, the quality of education and teacher training has been brought to a higher attention.Teaching evaluation, which is a necessary part of teaching and learning, is one of the effective ways to guarantee teaching quality and the teachers' professional level.The teaching evaluation can provide teachers with feedbacks on teaching effectiveness, which help diagnose some flaws in the organization of the process of teaching and learning.Accordingly, a system of encouragement and training can be established to create an atmosphere in which teachers compete to be professionally good and thereby strengthen teaching staff and improve the teaching quality. |
